Industrial Yoga LLC delivers customized, on-site guided stretch instruction provided by a certified, registered, and insured yoga instructor. Sessions are designed specifically to address the physical and mental demands of the workplace. From repetitive to stagnant movement, stretching can reduce pain, prevent future injuries, improve mental health. Instruction can be held in a company conference room, training room, and even outside.

Single Yoga Session Options Include:

Single Yoga Session

Yoga class can be held in a company conference room or a quiet space. Duration and repetition can be dependent on break length to maximize time and space.
